Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Speakle (operated by I CAN LEARN LLC) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at speakle.ai (student app) and teacher.speakle.ai (teacher portal).
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register, and your confirmation that you are at least 13 years old (see section 12).
- Profile character: an illustrated character you choose in Settings from our own set, or one we assign when you join. We do not accept or show photos of you. Photos uploaded before 25 September 2026 have been deleted. See "What other learners can see" below.
- Phone Number (optional): if you turn on WhatsApp practice reminders in Settings, your mobile number in international format, the fact and time that you agreed, and a record of each reminder we send. You can turn reminders off at any time in Settings.
- Usage Data: Practice session durations, quiz scores, chat history with the AI assistant, learning streaks, which features and lessons you use, and whether you use the website or the app.
- Things You Share With Other Learners: the lines from your own practice you choose to post to your club, with the note you add; the rating, comment or report you give after a peer-practice call; and, for teachers, the messages and shout-outs you send to students.
- Support Conversations: what you write to the in-app support assistant, and any support request it opens for you.
- Feedback You Choose to Give: Ratings, the options you pick and any comments — for example the "How's Speakle so far?" check-in, the "How was that?" reaction after an activity, and your reason for cancelling or deleting your account. See section 3.1.
- Payment Data: For subscriptions and top-up purchases (both student and teacher plans), we collect billing metadata through our payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, and session timestamps for security purposes. We also use your IP address to work out which country you are in, so we can show prices in your local currency; we keep the country, not the address.
- Analytics and Recordings: anonymous counts of how Speakle is used, and, only if you say yes, usage analytics linked to your account and masked session recordings. See "Analytics choices" below.
What other learners can see
Speakle has social features, so some of your information is visible to other learners — never your email address, phone number, recordings, mistakes or chats with the AI tutor:
- Your display name and profile character are shown to the members of your club, the learners in your league and on leaderboards, your duo partner, and the learner you are matched with for a peer-practice call.
- Your peer-practice card shows a partner your first name, profile character, estimated level, number of calls completed and your average star rating.
- Club posts you choose to share are shown to the members of your club with your name and profile character.
- Teachers can see more; see Part B.
You can change your display name and character in Settings at any time.
Analytics choices
On the website we ask you once, in Privacy choices. Until you answer, nothing optional runs in your browser: no analytics cookie is set and no analytics request leaves your browser. After that, it depends on your answer:
- Essential only — we still count page views and feature use, anonymously, through our product analytics provider's cookieless mode. Nothing is stored in your browser (no cookie, no local or session storage), no profile is created, your identity is never linked, and text on the screen is never captured. To count visitors, the provider computes a one-way code from your IP address and browser type plus a random value that changes every day and is then deleted. The code cannot be turned back into your IP address or browser details, and it cannot link one day to the next.
- Analytics (if you say yes and are 18 or older) — which pages and features are used, and where people get stuck. Our product analytics provider receives these events, a random identifier kept in a
ph_*cookie, and, once you sign in, your account identifier and email address. - Recordings — a replay of what happened on screen, heatmaps, and "rage click" and "dead click" detection, used to find confusing screens and bugs. All text and everything you type is masked, and payment, email, phone and password fields are never recorded. This is a separate yes, you can only turn it on together with analytics, and it never runs for anyone under 18.
Your answer is kept in a first-party cookie (speakle_privacy) for a year, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops identified analytics and recordings straight away, and withdrawing analytics also clears the analytics identifiers from your browser; from then on you are only counted anonymously, as with Essential only.
Error monitoring is always on: when something breaks, a crash report is sent to our error-monitoring provider so we can fix it. It carries no recording and no personal details beyond, where relevant, an account identifier.
On our servers, on the website and in the apps, we record that an activity happened while you are signed in: for example a quiz finished, a speaking test completed, a call started or ended, or a mission done. These events are linked to your account only if you allowed usage analytics and are 18 or older. Otherwise each event is anonymous: it carries a random one-time identifier, creates no profile, and has no account, session or subscription identifier. These events never include your email address, name, phone number, or anything you typed or said. The app sends your analytics answer with each request; the website uses your Privacy choices answer. Payment events (a subscription started, renewed or cancelled) are kept as records on your account for billing, and their analytics copy is always anonymous.
In the Android and iOS apps, the app's own usage analytics is also off until you say yes: the app asks once on your Home screen, with Essential only and Allow side by side, and you can change it any time in Settings → Privacy & data → Usage analytics. With your yes, a mobile app analytics service counts which screens and features are used; once you sign in it receives your account identifier (never your email address), except for accounts of learners under 18, whose events are never linked to their account. It does not use your device's advertising ID, and it is not used for advertising. Crashes are reported by error monitoring, as on the web.
Children and analytics. If you are under 18, your use of Speakle is always counted anonymously, even if you choose Allow, and session recordings never run. When your account is marked as under 18 (from the age you gave at sign-up, in Settings, or by your school), an earlier Allow is switched to Essential only automatically. We do this because in several of the countries we serve, India among them, children's use of an app may not be tracked or linked to them.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our AI-powered learning features.
- To generate personalized progress reports and mistake analyses.
- To send emails about your account and payments (such as receipts, billing and security notices), which always arrive. Optional emails — your progress, reminders, check-ins asking how Speakle is going and product news — are sent only after you confirm your email address with us, and you can turn them off at any time.
- To understand which features and lessons are used and enjoyed, so we can improve them and retire what does not help.
- To read and act on the feedback you give us, including following up when you tell us something is not working.
- To ensure platform security and prevent fraud.
3.1 Feedback, surveys and quotes
- Always optional. Every question can be skipped or closed. Skipping never changes your plan, price or features, and the question we ask when you cancel or delete never stops you cancelling or deleting.
- When we ask. A short check-in during your first weeks and again around your first month (in the app, by push notification and by email); a one-tap reaction after some activities, at most about once a day; and a reason question when you cancel or delete. You can also send us feedback at any time from Settings.
- What we store. Your rating, the options you chose and your comment, together with context that helps us understand it: your interface language, whether you used the website or the app, your plan at the time, how long you had been using Speakle, and the first feature you tried.
- Who sees it. The Speakle team. Your teacher does not see your feedback, ratings or reactions. We do not send your check-in answers, ratings, reactions or cancellation reasons to our AI providers. (Two things are different, and are listed in section 5: conversations with the in-app support assistant, and reports you file about a peer-practice partner.)
- When something is not working. A low rating opens a support request so a person can follow up. We may reply by in-app message, push notification or email.
- App store ratings. If you give five stars in the Android or iOS app, we may show the app store's own rating prompt. Google or Apple decides whether it appears, and any review you write there is governed by their terms, not this policy.
- Quotes. We quote you only if you tick "Can we quote you?". We may then show your comment with your first name and country on speakle.ai and in our marketing — never your surname, email address, photo or anything else that identifies you. You can withdraw permission at any time by writing to [email protected]; we will stop using the quote and remove it from our website within 30 days.
- How long we keep it. Feedback is kept while your account is active and is deleted with your account. A published quote is taken down when your account deletion completes.
- Check-in emails are reminder emails: each one has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn them off in your email preferences.
4. Signing in with Google (Google user data)
Speakle — shown on Google's consent screen as Speakle AI, owned and operated by I CAN LEARN LLC — offers "Continue with Google" as one way to sign in, on both the website and the Android and iOS apps. Using it is optional; email and password work just as well. This section describes exactly what we receive from your Google Account, what we do with it, and how to take it back.
4.1 What we ask Google for
We request three scopes and nothing else:
| Scope | What it gives us |
|---|---|
openid | A stable, Google-issued identifier for your account (sub) |
email | Your email address, and whether Google has verified it |
profile | Your name and the URL of your Google profile picture |
We request no sensitive or restricted scopes. Speakle has no access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, location history or any other Google service, and we do not use Google Workspace APIs at all. Google Sign-In is used only to establish who you are.
4.2 What we do with it
- Your email address identifies your account, and is where account email is sent (password reset, receipts and security notices). We send a one-time "Confirm your email" message to it; optional emails such as progress updates and reminders go only after you confirm, and you can switch them off.
- Your name pre-fills your profile so the app and your progress reports can address you properly. You can change or clear it in Settings at any time.
- The Google account identifier and the "verified" flag are used to match you to the right account on your next sign-in. Google's "verified" flag is not treated as permission to send you optional email; that needs your own confirmation.
- Your profile picture URL is stored with your authentication record because Google sends it at sign-in. We never show that picture and do not copy it onto our servers: other learners see the illustrated character you chose instead (see "What other learners can see" in section 2).
Google Sign-In gives us no password. We never see, receive or store your Google password.
4.3 What we do NOT do with it — Limited Use
Data received from Google Sign-In is used to provide and improve Speakle's user-facing features, and for nothing else. Speakle's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not:
- use it for advertising of any kind, including personalised, retargeted or interest-based advertising;
- sell it, or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers;
- use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes;
- build or sell databases or marketing lists from it;
- use it to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised AI or machine-learning models — neither our own nor those of any third party.
That last point matters for a product built on AI, so to be unambiguous: the AI and speech processors that help score your speaking and write your feedback (see section 5) never receive the data we receive from your Google Account, and it is not training data for anyone.
4.4 Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Only three kinds of processor ever receive a field that came from your Google Account:
| Processor | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Database and authentication provider | Email address, name, Google account identifier, profile picture URL | Hosts our database and sign-in — this is where your account record lives |
| Email delivery provider | Email address | Delivers transactional email. An email cannot be sent without it |
| Product analytics provider | Email address, account identifier — only if you have said yes to analytics and are 18 or older (section 2, "Analytics choices") | Product analytics, so we can see where people get stuck. You appear as one identified user, and this data is never used for advertising |
Beyond these, Google-derived data is disclosed only where the law requires it (a valid legal request), or to protect Speakle and its users from fraud, abuse or a security threat. If I CAN LEARN LLC is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, this policy travels with the data and we will tell you before anything changes.
4.5 Storage, retention and taking it back
Your account record is stored in our managed PostgreSQL database, encrypted at rest, and reachable only over TLS. We keep it for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account — Settings → Delete Account, or via speakle.ai/delete-account — a 30-day grace period applies so an accidental deletion can be undone, after which everything received from your Google Account is permanently erased. Billing records are kept for 7 years where tax law requires it; they contain your email address, not your Google profile.
You can also revoke Speakle's access from Google's side at any time, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing that stops future Google sign-ins but does not delete your Speakle account — use Delete Account for that.
4.6 Other Google services we use
Two Google services appear elsewhere in Speakle and do not involve your Google Account data:
- Google Play Billing, if you subscribe inside the Android app. Google gives us a purchase token, product ID and order ID to verify the purchase is genuine. We never receive your card details.
- Google's push notification service, for push notifications, which receives a device token and the text of the notification, and no Google Account data.
- Mobile app analytics, in the Android and iOS apps and only if you allow it, which receives app usage events tied to a random app-instance identifier and, once you sign in, your Speakle account identifier (never for learners under 18). It does not use the advertising ID and receives no Google Account data. See section 2, "Analytics choices".
5. Data Sharing and Sub-processors
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Speakle's lessons, scoring, feedback and coaching are designed and run by us. To deliver them we rely on a small number of specialist processors, each bound by a written agreement to process your data only on our instructions. Those marked content receive things you write, say, or record — this is unavoidable for a product that scores spoken English, and we would rather say so plainly.
Learning and AI
| Category of processor | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| AI language processing | content — chat messages, quiz answers, speaking transcripts; your conversations with the in-app support assistant; reports you file about a peer-practice partner; and, for teachers, a summary of their class's recent activity and scores | Generates corrections, coach reports and quiz feedback; answers support questions; checks reports of misbehaviour before a person reviews them; writes the teacher's class summary |
| Speech recognition | content — your speaking recordings | Turns what you said into a transcript so it can be scored |
| Pronunciation analysis and voice audio | content — pronunciation recordings | Sound-by-sound pronunciation scoring and example audio |
| Live AI avatar | content — live voice during avatar sessions | Runs the avatar conversation itself (paid tiers, and org students with an active pool) |
| Real-time video | content — live audio and video during peer practice, and the in-call text chat | Carries the 1:1 video call between two learners. In-call chat messages go directly between the two of you and are not stored by Speakle |
| AI memory | content — summaries of your mistakes and interests | Remembers your coaching history. Speaker Pro and Achiever Elite only; not used for free or Learner students, and not for teacher-enrolled students |
Platform and operations
| Category of processor | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Database, authentication and file storage | Account data, learning history, feedback, peer-practice ratings, comments and reports | Stores your account and learning record |
| Payment processors | Billing metadata | Take payment. We never store full card details |
| Email delivery | Email address, message content | Transactional and lifecycle email |
| WhatsApp messaging | Your phone number and the reminder message (only if you turned WhatsApp reminders on) | Sends practice reminders through a WhatsApp Business messaging provider |
| IP-to-country lookup | IP address | Works out your country so prices are shown in your local currency |
| Rate limiting and job scheduling | User or account identifier, IP address | Protects the service from abuse and runs scheduled tasks |
| Mobile push notifications | Device push token | Push notifications on Android and iOS |
| Product analytics: anonymous counting (website after "Essential only", and our servers) | Page views, feature use and activity events. From the website, your IP address and browser type, which the provider turns into a one-way code that changes every day; from our servers, a random one-time identifier. No cookie, no profile, and no account identifier, email, name or anything you typed or said | Counting how Speakle is used, so we can improve it |
| Product analytics: identified usage (website and our servers; only if you said yes and are 18 or older) | Usage events, a random identifier and, once you sign in, your account identifier and email address | Which features are used, where people get stuck |
| Session recordings (website, opt-in; never for learners under 18) | Masked replays of what happened on screen, heatmaps and click detection; all text and everything you type is hidden | Finding confusing screens and bugs |
| Mobile app analytics (only if you allow it) | App usage events, with a random app-instance identifier and your account identifier once you sign in, never for learners under 18 (no advertising ID) | Which features are used in the apps |
| Error monitoring | Error reports, which may include an account identifier; masked session replays only if you said yes to recordings | Diagnosing crashes and failures |
| Content delivery and security | IP address, request metadata, and content — live voice during AI avatar and story tutor sessions, which is relayed through it | Serving the site, blocking abuse, and carrying live voice sessions to the processors above |
| Application hosting | Everything the service handles, in transit and at rest | Runs Speakle's servers |
Loaded directly by your browser. A few things on our pages are fetched by your browser straight from another provider, which therefore sees your IP address and browser details: the video on our home page (from a video streaming service), illustrated avatar images for learners without a photo (from an avatar image service), and, on payment pages only, our payment processor's checkout script.
A current list of the named companies we use as sub-processors is available on request to schools, organisations and anyone exercising their data-protection rights. Write to [email protected].
We do not use advertising networks, and we do not use your personal chat or practice data to train third-party AI models.
International transfers
Our core infrastructure is hosted in the United States and Singapore, and some processors above operate in other countries, including outside the EEA and the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally we do so under the safeguards described in our agreements with each processor. If you would like details of the safeguards applying to a specific processor, contact us at [email protected].
6. How We Protect Your Data
- In transit — everything travels over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or better). The apps refuse plaintext connections outright.
- At rest — our database and file storage are encrypted at rest. Passwords, where you have one, are stored only as a salted hash; we cannot read them.
- Row-level isolation — access to learning records is enforced in the database itself through row-level security, so one student's learning record — recordings, transcripts, chats, scores and mistakes — cannot be read by another student's account, and a teacher can only reach students in their own organisation. The things other learners are meant to see (section 2, "What other learners can see") are the exception, and are limited to what is listed there.
- On your device — the mobile apps keep your session in the iOS Keychain and Android encrypted storage, not in plain app preferences.
- Access control — access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service, over authenticated connections, and privileged actions on teacher and admin accounts are recorded in an audit log.
- Payment data — card details are entered directly with our payment processors and never reach our servers.
No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and the relevant authority as required by the law that applies to you. To report a vulnerability, write to [email protected].
Part A — Students Who Purchase Directly (B2C)
This section applies to students who register and subscribe directly at speakle.ai.
A1. What We Collect From Direct Students
In addition to the general data above, for direct-purchase students we also collect:
- Subscription tier (Learner, Speaker Pro, Achiever Elite) and billing history.
- AI memory data (Speaker Pro and Achiever Elite only) — learning preferences and mistakes stored in AI memory for personalized coaching. Free and Learner plan users have no data stored in AI memory.
A2. How Direct Student Data Is Used
- Your practice history is used solely to power your personalized learning experience.
- Subscription data is retained for billing and tax compliance.
- AI memory data is never shared with teachers, and is processed only under our processing agreement for AI memory.
A3. Direct Student Data Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account. A 30-day grace period applies, after which all personal data is permanently erased.
Part B — Students Enrolled by a Teacher (B2B)
This section applies to students who join the platform using a teacher-provided invite code.
B1. What We Collect From Teacher-Enrolled Students
- Same account and usage data as listed in Section 2.
- Your account is linked to the teacher's organisation (
org_id). - AI Avatar session data: when you use AI avatar practice, your session duration is recorded against the teacher's organisation pool.
B2. AI Memory for Teacher-Enrolled Students
Teacher-enrolled students do not have AI memory enabled, regardless of the teacher's plan. Your AI chat conversations are not stored in any persistent memory layer. This is a deliberate design to protect student privacy and minimise data sharing with third-party AI services.
B3. What Teachers Can See
Your teacher can see your individual learning record in their teacher portal, so they can teach you well:
- Your progress — practice time and activity, streak, speaking and quiz scores, your estimated English level, where you are on the Speakle Path, and pronunciation progress.
- The mistakes our analysis picked up in your practice, with their corrections.
- Your conversations with the AI chat tutor.
- Your speaking recordings and their transcripts, so your teacher can listen to how you spoke and give you feedback.
- Class records your teacher keeps — assignment statuses, scores and written feedback, your answers to quizzes your teacher writes, attendance, your class timetable, notes, term reports, certificates, and the shout-outs they send you.
Your teacher cannot see your feedback, ratings or reactions to Speakle, your payment details, or your password.
Sharing with your family. Your teacher can create a private, read-only link to share your progress with your family: your first name, level, progress on the Path, practice in the last 30 days, attendance, assignments completed and shout-outs. It never shows recordings, chats or mistakes. Each link expires after 90 days, and your teacher can turn it off at any time.
Your family's contact details. Your teacher may save a family member's name, relationship, WhatsApp number and preferred language on your record, so they can message your family about your progress or classes. Only staff of your teacher's academy can see these details — you cannot, and neither can other students. Speakle never messages your family itself: your teacher sends each message from their own WhatsApp. We keep a record of when a teacher opened a message to your family and which kind of message it was, but not the message text. A teacher can delete a saved contact at any time, and it is deleted with your account.
Term reports and certificates. Your teacher can download a term report about your progress to share with your family, and can issue you certificates. Each certificate has a short code that anyone with it can check on a public page, which shows your first name and the first letter of your last name, the academy, the certificate's title, level and date, and whether it is still valid.
B4. Teacher-Enrolled Student Data Retention
If a teacher's subscription is cancelled, your student data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may be offered the option to migrate to a direct student account.
Part C — Teachers & Institutional Accounts (B2B)
C1. What We Collect From Teachers
- Account profile (name, email, school/institution name).
- Teacher branding preferences (accent color, font, logo) stored in
teacher_profiles. - Subscription and billing data retained for 7 years (tax and accounting compliance).
- Avatar top-up purchase history: records of top-up credit purchases (order IDs, payment status, minutes purchased) retained for 7 years (billing compliance).
- Platform usage: number of active students, avatar sessions created, assignments issued.
- Class records you create: attendance, notes, shout-outs and family progress links (only a secure fingerprint of each link is stored, never the link itself); class timetables and meeting links; quizzes you write; written feedback and saved quick comments; term reports and certificates you issue.
- Family contacts you enter: a family member's name, relationship, WhatsApp number and preferred language for a student, visible only to your academy's staff. You are responsible for having the family's permission to store and use their number. Speakle does not send messages to these numbers; we record only when you opened a message and which template you used.
- Co-teacher invitations: the name and email address of a teacher you invite to your academy, kept with a secure fingerprint of the invite link (never the link itself) until the invite is used, withdrawn or expires.
C2. Teacher Data Deletion
Teachers may request account deletion via Teacher Portal → Settings. A 30-day notice period applies. All student accounts under the organisation will be notified and given the option to migrate before data is permanently erased.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, a 30-day grace period applies, after which all personal data is permanently erased. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
8. Your Rights
Speakle is used in more than 25 countries, so which law applies to you depends on where you are. The mechanisms are the same in every case — Settings → Export Data and Settings → Delete Account — and both are self-service, so you do not have to ask us or wait for us.
Everyone
- Access and portability — export everything we hold about you as a ZIP of CSV and JSON files, immediately, from Settings.
- Correction — change your name, email, language and learning preferences in Settings at any time.
- Erasure — delete your account from Settings. A 30-day grace period applies so an accidental deletion can be undone; after that it is permanent.
- Complain to us — [email protected], answered within 30 days.
India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)
The rights above, plus the right to nominate another person to exercise them on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, and the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Our Grievance Officer is named below.
EEA and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)
In addition to the rights above you may object to or request restriction of processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We rely on these legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — providing the lessons, scoring and reports you signed up for, and taking payment for them.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the platform secure, preventing abuse, counting anonymously, in a way that identifies nobody, which features are used so we can improve them, and asking how you find Speakle. You may object to processing on this basis.
- Consent — optional extras such as practice reminders (including WhatsApp reminders), which you can turn off in Settings at any time; usage analytics linked to your account and session recordings, which you can change with the Privacy choices link on the website or in Settings in the apps; and permission to quote your feedback, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation — retaining billing records where tax law requires it.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no "Do Not Sell" toggle because there is nothing to switch off.
- You may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information using the same self-service tools above.
- You may request the specific pieces we hold — that is what Export Data returns.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Your plan, price and features do not change because you asked.
9. Registered Entity & Contact
Entity: I CAN LEARN LLC (Wyoming, USA)
General Support: [email protected]
Privacy & Data Requests: [email protected]
Grievance Officer: Sidharth Mahto ([email protected])
Response Time: Within 30 days of receipt
10. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your settings, and analytics cookies only if you say yes. Anonymous counting uses no cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to change your choice.
11. Changes to this Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email and update the date above.
12. Children
Speakle is not for children under 13. Everyone who creates an account must confirm they are at least 13 years old, and our servers check this before an account is created. If someone says they are under 13, the account is not created and we do not store anything they entered; a short-lived cookie that contains no personal data stops an immediate retry. Learners aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian's permission to use Speakle (see our Terms of Service).
Learners under 18 are only ever counted anonymously in our analytics, and session recordings never run for them (see section 2, "Children and analytics").
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
